I would consider it as a video game music more than a techno one, its only 105 BPM, apart from that it's pretty good i am not sure of classifying this as a techno but if it was in the video game genre then it would be pretty standard, well you can't say it's the best i think you can do better, but its good enough, the beat is awesome and gives this old fight-games like some very classic pokemon battles lol. I don't think its pretty close to funky town at all though.

For me, the Funkytown element was the lead synth at the beginning that sounds like a sine or something. I guess I just hear stuff in music sometimes. I also see people that look like other people all the time, and no one ever sees it, either. Hm. Anyway, thanks for listening, man! I'm glad that you like it enough to tell me what you think.

That's awesome, the intro is playing with my ears, and when the main part comes in it is just stable and beautiful, the melody well it was good but you know kind of default.. the bassline was very good.. The kick was very basic too i have seen this kick so many times :P anyway it's not something to complain about though it sound beautiful

Yeah, thanks man! Yes, the kick is from FL Studio, basic menu thing lol, but there are different 2 kicks in this song.

Buxom - Names is the title!! :DD Nice intro, nice beat, they all sound distorted to me though, at 0:50 i liked the piano solo and then you throw the beat in, just fine....definitely needs more work, i would use this kind of drums on a rap song rather than a techno one but, it is ok :D being different is the best thing you could do. Also try increasing the lead volume and work on your mastering overall... Nice try

I just love it when we experiment on our songs, we learn new things!! Just amazing!! If i was you i would increase the tempo a little and consider this as a dance or techno song haha..Nice work.. unique ;)

Nice Intro, really gave that tokyo feeling you were trying to give. After the intro when you throw the main thing in it just gets too repetitive, or is it just my idea? it just gets a bit boring you could have added lots of stuff... Overall i would just give a better feeling on this 0:45 - 1:45 part, this 1 minute has it's automations and stuff, what about some pads coming after you count for example 8 bars or add some small change.. After the main part the whole thing just seems more smooth and relaxing i wouldn't change it at all. the way you increase the Power of that Tokyo lead is just awesome!

PS that's just my opinion i may be wrong, i am just trying to help
